Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Java, and HTML to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple programming environments and a passion for clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Python, Java, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in Python and Java environments.
• Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with GitHub for version control, branching strategies, and collaborative development.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while following best coding practices.
• Utilize UNIX/Linux for scripting, deployment, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document software designs, technical processes, and integration standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.

Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves):

• Python: 3+ years – Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, libraries, and frameworks.
• Java: 3+ years – Experience with core Java concepts, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
• HTML: 3+ years – Expertise in developing responsive front-end interfaces.
• Additional Technical Skills:
  • Scratch (basic or educational programming exposure)
  • CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
  • GitHub – version control and collaboration
  • UNIX/Linux – scripting and command-line proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Python/Java backends with front-end web technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
