About The Job:
- We are building a cloud-native AI-powered solution that enables secure document ingestion, semantic search, and conversational querying.
- The system integrates AWS services with Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide intelligent responses based on indexed data.
- Document Upload & Indexing: Ingest documents via API and web scraping.
- Embedding Generation: Convert text into embeddings using Client Bedrock.
- Vector Search: Store and retrieve embeddings through Client OpenSearch.
- Conversational Interface: Query data using LLMs with augmented prompts.
- Security & Monitoring: Implement SSO authentication and CloudWatch observability.
- Develop APIs for document upload and chat interactions using Client API Gateway and ECS.
- Implement web scraping workflows for a Public website and integrate results into the indexing pipeline.
- Build services for:
- Text-to-embedding conversion via Client Bedrock.
- Storing and querying embeddings in Client OpenSearch.
- Augmenting prompts for LLM-based responses.
- Design scheduled triggers for data updates.
- Ensure secure authentication via BBC SSO and manage CloudWatch monitoring.
- Optimize performance for real-time query responses and scalable architecture.
- Exp – 5 to 8 years
- Programming: Python, Node.js (or similar for API development).
- AWS Expertise: ECS, API Gateway, Bedrock, OpenSearch, CloudWatch.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Embeddings, LLMs, prompt engineering.
- Web Scraping: Tools like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or similar.
- Database & Search: Vector databases and semantic search.
- Security: OAuth2 / SSO integration.
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, monitoring.
- Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda).
- Knowledge of data privacy compliance (GDPR).
- Familiarity with observability tools and performance tuning for AI workloads
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
