We are seeking ahighly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team remotely in India. As an early hire, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology stack, contributing to product development, and scaling the platform.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the AssetBridge platform.

• Work withDjango (Python) backend andReact.js/Next.js frontend.

• Develop API integrations with custodians and external financial services.

• ManageDockerized microservices,PostgreSQL databases, andRedis caching.

• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of our application.

• Deploy and manage applications onAWS.

• Collaborate with the US-based founder and engineering team to deliver features and improvements.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

• Strong knowledge ofPython (Django) andJavaScript (React.js/Next.js).

• Experience withPostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.

• Hands-on experience withAWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).

• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

• Ability to work independently in astartup environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience withTemporal.io,ActiveMQ,Docusign or Persona..

• Knowledge ofmicroservices architecture.

• Experience working infintech, crypto, or blockchain is a big plus.
