Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Design and deliver scalable, high-performance automotive software systems powering vehicle history, data services, and transaction platforms. This role focuses onJava, React, and AWS cloud-native development, supporting high-volume APIs and real-time data solutions for dealers, lenders, and partners.

What You’ll Do

·       Lead development of complex features, POCs, and scalable systems.

·       Design and buildJava/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.

·       Developcloud-native solutions on AWS with strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

·       Implement and maintainCI/CD pipelines, test automation, and monitoring solutions.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

·       Participate in fullSDLC, including design, development, deployment, and support.

·       Conductcode/design reviews and mentor junior engineers.

·       LeverageAI coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality.

What you bring

·       8+ years buildingdistributed, high-volume, multi-tenant systems.

·       Strong experience withJava, Spring Boot, microservices, and API development.

·       Hands-on experience withAWS (compute, storage, containers, security, monitoring).

·       Experience withevent-driven systems and messaging (SQS, Kafka, ActiveMQ).

·       Experience withobservability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog) for logging, tracing, and performance optimization.

·       Front-end experience withReact, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

·       Experience withPostgreSQL/DB2 and performance tuning.

·       Strong knowledge ofAgile, SDLC, and engineering best practices.

·       Familiarity withInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).

Modern engineering practices (Required)

·       Experience withAI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar).

·       Ability to effectively use AI tools forcode generation, testing, and refactoring while ensuring quality and security.

·       Strong understanding of validating and reviewingAI-assisted code outputs to meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
