Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience building enterprise web applications supporting Contact Center and Conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will develop scalable front-end and back-end applications while integrating AI services and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications.
• Build REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive user interfaces.
• Integrate AI and Contact Center platforms.
• Optimize application performance.
• Participate in Agile development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 1+ year supporting Contact Center or Conversational AI platforms.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong backend development skills.
• API development and integration experience.
• SQL/database experience.

Preferred Skills

• React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Microservices architecture.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
