Position: Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Remote – US Hours

Duration: Full-time

Shift: US Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and confidentRecruiter to join our remote recruiting team! This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in theindustrial or manufacturing space—particularly within fabrication, plant operations, or skilled trades/shop environments. This role will ideally start as a Sourcing Specialist role and will be evaluated based on activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors

• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines

• Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience

Core Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal

• Confident and professional, comfortable speaking with candidates via phone or video

• Tech-savvy — experienced with CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Growth mindset — eager to learn and advance in recruitment

Experience:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience,highly preferred in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments

• Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a MUST or any proven international process outsourcing experience.

• Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS, ZoomInfo is MUST

Working Conditions:

• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones

• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor (IC)

• Must have a stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup
