Role overview

An excellent opportunity to learn about the end-to-end lifecycle of retail and customer orders through the Kingsway DC and make a real difference to our service levels. Fulfilment is at the heart of what we do as a Distribution Centre – the role of the Fulfilment Co-ordinator is to champion this, with particular focus on automated pickingareas.  

Responsibilities:  

• Releasing of Internet customer orders and Retail store orders and into the WMS systems  

• Liaising with the operational teams in each functional area of the DC to achieve service level agreements and fulfilmenttargets  

• Champion fulfilment for automated pick areas – including system configuration andparameters   

• Ensuring aged and outstanding picks areminimised  

• Effective handovers to oncoming team  

• Identifying fulfilment improvement opportunities

 Skills and Experience: 

• Excellent attention to detail  

• Excellent communications skills, both written & verbal  

• PC literate, with the ability & willingness to learn & become expert in newsystems  

• Warehouse Management system use  

• Experience of large-scale operations  

• Good problem-solving skills  

• Ability to build andmaintain relationships with colleagues &stakeholders  

• Able to influenceand also work as ateam
