🌙 Nocturnist Opportunity – Sentara Leigh Hospital | Norfolk, Virginia

AsDirector of Medical Operations, I have the privilege of working with an outstanding team of hospitalists and APPs atSentara Leigh Hospital — professionals who bring skill, integrity, and compassion to every patient encounter.

We’re seeking aNocturnist to join our program inNorfolk, Virginia — someone who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a balanced practice environment.

🩺The Role

• Manage8–10 admissions per night from the Emergency Department
• Supported by anon-site APP andSentara’s e-Hub (7p–2a) for cross-coverage
• Collaborate with specialists inCardiology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, GI, Surgery, IR, Nephrology, and Thoracic Surgery
• ICU staffed with adedicated APP and backed bySentara’s eICU
