Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedFTT Webinar Program Manager with a strong background in multimedia production, webinar/event production, video, photography, podcasting, and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing thefull production lifecycle, from concept and planning through live production, post-production, and final distribution.
The candidate should combine strongprogram/project management skills with hands-on multimedia and broadcast production expertise and be comfortable managing multiple concurrent productions, studio operations, vendors, production schedules, and technical resources.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in multimedia production, photography, video production, podcasting, broadcast production, or a related field.
- Active Secret Clearance required to start.
- Demonstrated experience managing thefull production lifecycle, including concept development, planning, production, post-production, and distribution.
- Strong portfolio demonstratingvideo, webinar, podcast, photography, and digital storytelling across multiple platforms.
- Strong proficiency withAdobe Creative Cloud, including:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Audition
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe After Effects
- Or comparable production/editing software.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Video production
- Photography
- Lighting
- Audio recording
- Video/audio editing
- Post-production workflows
- Experience managingstudio operations, production schedules, digital asset management, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong storytelling, organization, communication, and project/program management skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Control room and studio systems
- Live broadcast workflows
- Webinar/virtual event production
- Field and remote production
- Satellite/telecommunications systems
- Communications equipment
- Proficiency with standard business and production tools, including:
- Apple/Mac systems
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Manage webinar and multimedia production programs frominitial concept through final distribution.
- Plan and coordinate webinar, video, podcast, photography, and digital media productions.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate studio, control room, field, and remote production activities.
- Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, production teams, and technical resources.
- Support live webinar and broadcast operations, including production logistics and technical coordination.
- Oversee video/audio recording, editing, post-production, quality control, and publishing.
- Manage digital assets and ensure proper organization, storage, and distribution of production content.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, deadlines, and production standards.
- Support photography, lighting, audio, video, and other multimedia production requirements.
- Coordinate vendors and external production resources when required.
- Provide short-notice production support and respond to changing operational requirements.
- Ensure production activities are professionally organized and aligned with program objectives.
- Must be willing to work inArlington, VA.
- Must be available forflexible production assignments, including:
- Days
- Overnights
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Overtime
- Short-notice coverage
- Must be willing totravel on short notice as required.
