Junior Project Manager- Solar and Battery

In total, we have multinational staff of more than 500 working in power generation field in Asia.

In line with our increasing business, we are looking for aJunior Project Manager- Solar and Battery to manage Solar and Battery project in the Manila.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Assist in developing and maintainingproject schedules for solar PV and battery farm projects

• Support planning activities using tools such asMS Project / Primavera P6 / Excel

• Track project progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or risks

• Support look-ahead planning and weekly/monthly progress updates

Project Coordination

• Support communication with the Client, Contractors, Vendors, and Site teams

• Facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and issuing minutes

• Tracking and monitoring of the project deliverables internally and externally

Reporting & Monitoring

• Prepare regularproject progress reports, dashboards, and planning summaries

• Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and interfaces between solar and BESS scopes

• Assist in tracking variations, risks, and mitigation actions

HSE & Quality Support

• Support implementation ofHSE and quality requirements on site

• Assist in ensuring project activities comply with local regulations and client standards

Education

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or scheduling

• Experience withsolar PV and/or battery energy storage projects is highly preferred

• Exposure torenewable energy construction projects in the Philippines is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of PVsyst simulation and EYA report is an advantage
