Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionateSenior Front-End Developer (React JS) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React and modern front-end technologies. The candidate must possess hands-on experience in micro frontend architecture, reusable component development, real-time integrations, and CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications usingReact JS and modern front-end technologies.
  • Build responsive and hybrid web applications with excellent UI/UX standards.
  • Develop reusable, maintainable, and modular front-end components and libraries.
  • Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and microservices.
  • ImplementMicro Frontend Architecture usingModule Federation.
  • Develop real-time features usingSocket.IO and/orSignalR integrations.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement localization/globalization features for multilingual applications.
  • Follow best coding practices including SOLID principles, clean architecture, error handling, and JavaScript design patterns.
  • Containerize applications using Docker for deployment consistency.
  • Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/Workflows.
  • Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
  • Minimum5 years of experience in developing web applications usingReact JS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • JavaScript (ES6+)
    • TypeScript
  • Experience with standard JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data Structures
    • SOLID Principles
    • Exception Handling
    • JavaScript Design Patterns
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Responsive Web Design
    • Hybrid Application Development
    • Microservices Architecture (minimum 3 years)
    • Micro Frontends / Module Federation
    • Reusable Component & Library Development
    • Localization & Globalization (i18n)
    • Docker Containerization
    • GitHub Workflows / CI-CD Pipelines
    • Agile Scrum methodologies
Real-Time Integration Experience
  • Practical experience with:
    • Socket.IO
    • SignalR
      for implementing real-time updates in web applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux/Zustand/Context API.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to performance optimization and accessibility standards.
