Aspire Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organizedFront Office Receptionist to join our team!
Our front office team plays an incredibly important role in the experience our patients have at Aspire. You’ll often be the first person a patient speaks with and the first face they see when they walk through our doors. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently and professionally, and can keep things moving in a busy healthcare environment while making patients feel welcomed and cared for.
We are ideally looking for someone interested in afull-time, long-term position with Aspire. However, we are open to the right candidate who is looking for part-time hours or who would like to begin part-time and transition into a full-time role.
What You’ll Do
As a Front Office Receptionist, you’ll help keep our clinic running smoothly while creating a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Answering incoming phone calls and communicating confidently with patients
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Responding to voicemails and assisting with referral-related calls and tasks
- Collecting copays, coinsurance, deductibles, outstanding balances, and other patient payments
- Communicating insurance benefit information to patients; after appropriate training
- Helping patients understand scheduling and basic billing/insurance questions
- Managing multiple tasks throughout the day
- Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Helping maintain an organized, welcoming front office environment and positive attitude
This position requires frequent multitasking and task-switching. For example, you may be returning referral calls or working on prepping the next day’s schedule when a patient arrives and needs to be checked in, the phone rings, or someone needs help scheduling. You need to be comfortable pausing one task, addressing the immediate need, and then returning to complete what you were working on.

- Are comfortable learning to explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility
- Can multitask and shift priorities without losing track of unfinished tasks
- Are self-directed and able to identify what needs to be done during quieter moments
- Are dependable, punctual, and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative team while also being able to work independently
- Are comfortable learning new technology and computer systems
- Are looking for along-term position and a team you can grow with
Previous medical office, healthcare, insurance, scheduling, or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.Attitude, communication skills, reliability, organization, and willingness to learn are especially important to us.

Schedule
Full-time preferred, with part-time candidates considered for the right fit. We are also open to candidates interested in beginning part-time with the goal of transitioning to full-time.
