Front Desk & Marketing Executive

About the Role:
Represent GeekSpoc’s brand at the first point of contact and drive marketing initiatives to elevate the company’s presence across IT solutions, a la carte training, and talent deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk: greet clients, partners, and candidates; coordinate first-level communications and meeting logistics.

• Support walk-in/call/email queries for all business lines—service, staffing, and upskilling.

• Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns for training launches, recruitment drives, and IT services.

• Maintain and update company web and social channels, coordinating content (case studies, service highlights, newsletters).

• Assist with organizing client/prospect events, webinars, and on-site branding efforts.
