· 5+ years of experience (C1) in Salesforce Release Management, and Deployment activities. (MUST)
· Expertise in deployment of vlocity EPC components and Omni stuidio component using VBT(MUST)
· Should have good understanding in release management activities using GitHub like PR creation/merging and approving and CI/CD pipelines etc .(MUST)
· Strong expertise in Salesforce deployment tools including VBT ,SFDX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool using package.xml and metaroot APIs, (MUST)
· Experience managing end-to-end deployments across Development, QA, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
· Support release planning, deployment scheduling, production rollouts, rollback strategy, and post-deployment validation activities.
· Troubleshoot deployment issues related to Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio components, integrations, and Vlocity metaroot.
· Coordinate with Business, Development, QA, Architecture, and Client teams during release cycles and production deployments.
· Strong understanding of source control management, branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, and release governance.
· Perform environment management, code promotions, hotfix deployments, and production support activities.
· Ensure adherence to deployment governance, security compliance, audit requirements, and release management best practices.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills for handling critical production releases.
· Ability to coordinate release activities independently and provide deployment support during major production releases.
