We are looking for a new team member to join our fresh pasta section at MANGIA.
MANGIA is well known for its delicious, house-made fresh pasta. With the busy festive season approaching, we are looking for a passionate and reliableChef / Pasta Maker to join our team on a seasonal basis, from the1st November until the end of December, with the possibility of extending the contract.
Your role will involve preparing pasta dough and a variety of fillings, rolling pasta, and shaping different pasta formats, ensuring the quality and consistency that our guests know and love.
Requirements
Previous experience in fresh pasta making is preferred, but not essential.
Basic knowledge of, or a genuine interest in, Italian cuisine and traditional pasta-making techniques.
A strong sense of responsibility, attention to quality, and good hygiene practices.
A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
