The job

As a French Sub-Saharan African Speaking Quality Expert Reviewer in the content moderation sector, you will review moderation decisions across multiple workflows to ensure platform policies are applied accurately, consistently and fairly.

This is a quality-focused role for experienced content moderation professionals who are comfortable handling sensitive content and making nuanced moderation decisions involving regional and cultural context.

The position is fully office-based in Dublin City Centre and includes rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Conducting quality reviews of moderation decisions across multiple workflows

• Reviewing sensitive content involving hate speech, violence, self-harm, fraud, exploitation and dangerous organisations

• Assessing escalated and high-risk moderation cases

• Ensuring policies are applied consistently and accurately

• Providing clear and constructive feedback to moderation teams

• Identifying trends, quality gaps and training opportunities

• Participating in calibration and quality alignment sessions

• Applying cultural and regional knowledge of the French SSA market to moderation decisions

• Collaborating with operational and policy teams

• Working towards productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment

Your qualifications

💭 You are fluent in French Sub-Saharan African and have strong English skills (C1 level).

📚 You have previous content moderation experience (required).

🧩 You have strong analytical thinking and policy interpretation skills.
