• Proven experience infreight dispatching

• Ability tobook loads, communicate with brokers, and manage driver schedules

• Experiencerecruiting, onboarding, and managing Owner-Operators

• Strongcustomer service skills and professional communication

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

• Proficient inlogistics software, ELD systems, and load boards

• Ability tohandle multiple loads simultaneously and prioritize tasks

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

• Knowledge ofDOT regulations and trucking industry best practices

• Ready to start working immediately
