Job Description:
 
We are seeking a Fraud Specialist to support fraud management operations for Client. The ideal candidate will investigate suspicious activities, verify customer identities, review documents, and help prevent fraud and identity theft.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Investigate suspected fraud and suspicious customer activity.
  • Verify customer identities and review documents for authentication.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and fraud victims.
  • Analyze information, identify fraud trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Respond to fraud escalations and follow company policies.
  • Communicate with team members using Slack and other tools.
 
Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center.
  • Experience using Windows-based computer systems and multiple applications.
  • Excellent English communication, listening, typing, and phone skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
