This role involves meticulously reviewing flagged transactions and alerts to identify potential fraud. You will investigate suspicious activity, communicate with customers, and initiate necessary actions to prevent financial losses. Your work will directly contribute to safeguarding both the institution and its clients from fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze flagged transactions for suspicious patterns.
Communicate findings and initiate dispute claims.
Mitigate financial risk through defined actions.
Document and escalate suspicious activities.
Adhere to established policies and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

This position requires experience in banking operations or a contact center environment, with a foundational understanding of fraud detection and prevention.
