Job Title: FPGA Engineer
Location: California, USA
Experience: 6–9 Years
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced FPGA Engineers to design, develop, and test FPGA-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital design and hardware development and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop FPGA logic using Verilog / VHDL
- Implement, test, and debug FPGA designs on hardware
- Perform simulation, verification, and validation of FPGA designs
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system integration
- Optimize design for performance, power, and resource utilization
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Required Skills:
- 6–9 years of experience in FPGA design and development
- Strong proficiency in Verilog and/or VHDL
- Hands-on experience with FPGA tools (Xilinx/AMD Vivado, Client Quartus, etc.)
- Solid understanding of digital design, timing analysis, and debugging
- Experience with simulation and verification tools
- Good analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, etc.)
- Experience with SoC or embedded systems design
- Scripting skills (Python, TCL) are a plu
