Letâs fix hospitality, for good.
Hospitality is tough â margins are thin, waste is high, and teams are stretched. But it doesnât have to be this hard. Thatâs why we builtNory.
Our CEO, Conor, knows the pain first-hand. After founding and scaling Mad Egg in Ireland, he got fed up with juggling âmarket-leadingâ systems, clunky spreadsheets, and endless printouts. So he set out to build the tool he wished heâd had from day one.
Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, itâs operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, healthier margins.
And weâre just getting started. Fresh off aSeries B led by Kinnevik, weâve grown to 100+ people across Ireland, the UK, Spain and New York â and demand is scaling faster than we ever imagined.
The role:
Weâre now looking for an FP&A Lead to join our growing Finance and Operations team. In this role, youâll have the unique opportunity to own and build Noryâs FP&A function end-to-end, turning our plans and numbers into the decisions that power our next stage of growth.
What youâll be doing:
Own the planning cycle: Lead the annual budget, reforecasts and long-range plan, from building the model through to sign-off with the exec team and board.
Run performance reporting: Deliver clear, timely monthly management reporting and board packs, with commentary that explains what happened, why, and what we should do next.
Partner with the business: Work with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, People, Product and Engineering to set targets, track KPIs and make smart trade-offs on headcount and spend.
Own the metrics that matter: Be the source of truth for our core SaaS metrics (ARR, net revenue retention, CAC payback, burn and runway) so everyone trusts the numbers.
Support the big decisions: Build the models and analysis behind fundraising, pricing, new-market expansion and other strategic bets.
Scale the function: Improve our tools, data and processes so FP&A keeps pace as Nory grows, and help shape the team over time.
Youâll report to a finance leader with a deep FP&A background whoâll be a sounding board and strong support, but this is your function to drive.
What youâll bring:
FP&A depth: 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally including time in a high-growth SaaS or tech business. A professional accounting qualification is not required but you do need to know accounting principles and be able to create solid three-statement forecasts.
End-to-end ownership: Youâve run budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles yourself, not just contributed to them.
Strong modelling skills: You build driver-based and three-statement models that are robust, flexible and easy for others to follow. Excel / Google sheets are a must, SQL and other tools are desirable.
Commercial judgement: You go beyond the numbers, form a clear point of view and influence senior stakeholders.
Clear communication: You explain complex financials simply, whether youâre talking to a team lead or the board.
Startup mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, move quickly and are comfortable with ambiguity. Youâd rather ship a good-enough forecast today than a perfect one next month.
Drive to build: Youâve created and improved scalable finance processes and tools, and you think long-term about how the function should grow. .
If youâre excited by what weâre building, weâd love to hear from you, even if you donât tick every box!
What youâll get in return:
đ° Competitive salary depending on experience
đ Meaningful equity, at Nory everyone is an owner!
đŽ 35 days of paid leave per year (including bank holidays)
đ„ Comprehensive private health insurance via Irish Life (Ireland) and Axa (UK)
đŒ Enhanced parental leave and baby loss support
đ Learning & development culture â âŹ1000 personal annual budget + quarterly book budget
đ„ïž âŹ250 home office workspace budget
đ„ł Regular team offsites & socials
đ Work from anywhere for up to 3 months of the year
đ And much more
