About The Role: 

The TennisGuest Services Agentis responsible for delivering exceptionalservice to Four Seasonsresidents and guests, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience.This roleis responsible for the experience at the reception desk of theRecreation outlet and ensuring our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. This role willassist the Manager to ensure allrecreation areas areinoptimal conditionwhilemaintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. 

What You Will Do:   

• Be part of the pre-opening team! 

• Responsible for managing the reception desk by greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing appointmentschedule, and checking out guests when they depart.     

• Respond to all guest needs and special requests either in person or via phone and add personal recommendations where appropriate.     

• Utilize Point of Sales System to accurately charge the guest for services andretailitems.     

• Recommend retail products to guests andwith the ability to describe tennis services and related activities. 

• Provide exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests. 

• Report maintenance issues tothe manager.  

• Assists Tennis Attendants with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods.   

• Work closely with tennis professionals and other staffduring lessons and events.  

• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. 

What You Bring:   

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role,previous experience preferred in a tennis facility, spa or luxurysetting, and knowledge of the sport is a plus. 

• Experience with computers and Microsoft applicationsrequired. 

• Customer service experiencewith attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills anda strong work ethic.  

• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. 

• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.  

• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.  

• Position requires continuous standing, walking, and running for 8 or more hours a daywith the ability to liftand carry upto 50lbs, and to be outside for extended periods of time. 

• Fluency in English isrequired for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:  

• This is a full-timeposition.   

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
