You'll have a rare opportunity to influence our technology choices, product features, and company culture. This role requires dedication, creativity, and a strong willingness to take ownership.## What you'll do* Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions* Lead the development of our core product features and functionalities* Collaborate with the founding team to define product roadmap and execute on it* Participate in strategic decisions about tech stack, development process, and code architecture* Stay abreast of new technology trends and look for ways to leverage them in our product* Mentor new team members as our engineering team grows## What we're seeking* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field* 0-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, or equivalent (internships, personal projects)* Strong understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals* Comfortable with the complexities and trade-offs of early-stage product development* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment* Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to think creatively* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply## Additional InformationAt Signed Talent, we are committed to fostering a culture of mutual respect and inclusion.
