Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) - India

We’re looking for a founding engineer to help shape and build the technical foundation ofTriFetch. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale the core infrastructure and applications that power our healthcare AI products. This is an opportunity to own meaningful systems end-to-end, make architectural decisions from first principles, and influence the direction of the company from day one.Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-ready applications across frontend and backend.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (GCP, Azure, AWS), and infrastructure automation.

• Architect and optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate directly with founders on technical strategy, product design, and roadmap execution.

• Debug, monitor, and improve app reliability and developer experience.

• Prototype fast, moving fluidly between backend systems, frontend UX, and AI demo integrations.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline

• Strong experience withmodern full-stack development (frontend + backend).

• Proficiency inTypeScript, React, and common frontend tooling.

• Strong backend expertise inNode.js andPython, including REST API design and security best practices.

• Hands-on experience withPostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, monitoring).

• High proficiency incontainerization, microservices, and distributed system design.

• Experience building and maintainingCI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments and observability (monitoring, alerting, logging).

• Strong understanding ofauthentication/authorization,secrets management, andapp hardening.

Nice to Have

• Experience withCloud Run, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration frameworks.

• Familiarity withAI/LLM post-training and integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, xAI).

• Prior experience in afast-moving startup or as afounding team member.

• Bonus: experience withmedical, scientific, or data-intensive applications.
