The Role

As aFounding Engineer atAI Company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical architecture and product direction of the company. You'll work directly with state-of-the-art LLMs and voice systems to develop, evaluate, and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions. Seniority

• 1 -​ 4 years of experience as a full stack,​ backend,​ or forward deployed engineer

Work experience

• Experience at high quality startups

• Ideal Candidate has 1-​3 YoE at high caliber startup

Education

• Technical Degree from top 20 CS school

Hard skills

• Experience with TypeScript,​ React,​ Python,​ Ruby on Rails,​ PostgreSQL,​ AWS

• Previous experience with prompt engineering or working with AI/LLM-​based platforms.​

• Amazing problem solver with enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges

Base salary: $120k - $200k (heavy on equity, 3rd member of lean team with massive growth opportunity)
