About the Role
Join an early-stage legal technology company as its first business development representative, building the outbound engine for an AI-enabled legal services practice. You will own pipeline generation from prospecting through qualified opportunities and help shape the go-to-market approach.
What You'll Do
Run high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn to build qualified pipeline.
Identify and qualify leads, find decision-makers, and book meetings through cold outreach.
Own sales opportunities from sourcing through qualification and contribute to revenue generation.
Use performance data and prospect feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and outbound processes.
Find ways to increase the speed, quality, and scale of pipeline generation.
What We're Looking For
One to two years of sales experience at a high-growth startup, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience running high-volume outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and converting cold prospects into qualified meetings.
Experience prospecting to startups, founders, or operations buyers.
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, resilience, and ownership of outcomes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and iterate on sales approaches using feedback and performance data.
Legal technology, contract management, legal services, or building an outbound sales function from the ground up are relevant experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
