SAEKI builds autonomous factories for the free world. You run your own projects end to end while we scale Factory ONE: preparing a financing round, building a process that does not exist yet, opening a new market or partnership. You work directly with our CEO and Chief of Staff, own the outcome of your workstreams and are trusted to make decisions, not just work through a to-do list.

You build the company that builds the factories.Operations. You own workstreams across HR, finance, logistics and compliance: running onboarding for new hires, setting up processes in our ERP, managing suppliers and the logistics that move equipment into Factory ONE.
Strategic projects. You drive pieces around financing, expansion planning and partnerships: building the models, preparing materials, assessing markets and grants. You start with clearly scoped projects and take on bigger ones as you prove yourself.
Process building. Where no process exists, you build one. You document how things work so the next hire can run it without you.
Gap-filling. You spot the tasks nobody owns and pick them up. You fix the problem first, then report it.

Student or recent graduate in business, economics, engineering or a related field, available for6 months full-time. First experience in a startup, consulting, VC or banking (internship, working student job, student consulting club) is a plus.
Operational grit. You switch between a supplier negotiation, an ERP setup and a building a deck without dropping quality, and you set up structure where there is none.
Structured thinking. You break a problem down, analyze it and present a clear recommendation that connects to the bigger picture.
Ownership. You do not need to be told twice. You see a problem, you fix it, then you tell us.
People skills. You are professional and warm with new hires, investors, accountants, lawyers, colleagues and suppliers alike.
Language: Fluent German and English. You work with German authorities, landlords and suppliers in Munich and with the team in Zurich.
On-site: Ability to work in person at Factory ONE in Munich, Germany.

People who need a fixed job description. This role changes month to month.
Pure analysts who avoid hands-on work like filing, coordinating movers, setting up accounts and chasing invoices.
People who need heavy hand-holding. You will get direct feedback and support, but you are expected to figure things out.
People who need fixed priorities. Ours move as fast as the factory grows.

Mission: Eliminate the industrial bottlenecks that limit human progress. You help build the company that produces defense and space hardware for the free world.
The Work: Real ownership from week one across finance, HR, legal, strategy and logistics, not a side project. Strong interns get the chance to grow into a full-time role.
The Team: You work daily with the CEO and Chief of Staff and report to the Chief of Staff. A small team where everyone ships, with direct feedback, high standards and minimal bureaucracy.
Compensation: Standard internship salary.
