About the Role
Work directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine for an AI platform serving private market operations. This full-time role spans sales, product discovery, client deployment, and strategic planning, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
What You'll Do
Partner with the founders across go-to-market, product, and company-building work.
Build AI-enabled systems for account research, market intelligence, and relationship mapping.
Lead discovery conversations with domain experts and turn insights into tailored demos and forward-deployed proof-of-concept projects.
Translate prospect and client feedback into product insights and clearer positioning.
Advance pilots and client deployments by identifying additional workflows and demonstrating value.
What We're Looking For
Experience working across go-to-market, product, and operations, with prior startup or financial services experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market.
Experience in private markets, financial services, or another complex, manual-heavy industry.
Experience holding senior stakeholder conversations with asset servicers and fund managers.
Ability to bring structure to account research, discovery notes, proof-of-concept plans, and client value cases.
Curiosity about AI and comfort using it in day-to-day work, along with strong ownership and generalist instincts.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is €70,000 to €100,000 annually, plus incentives and meaningful equity.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
