Location: Mountain View, CA - Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Applied AI to lead customer-facing AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will transform conversational AI prototypes into production-ready, scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.
Required Skills

8+ years of software development experience using Python or similar languages

Experience architecting and deploying AI systems on cloud platforms, preferably GCP
-
Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools

Experience building full-stack applications integrated with enterprise IT environments

Experience developing solutions for external/customer-facing projects
-
Strong software engineering and cloud infrastructure knowledge

Experience with APIs, enterprise systems, and security infrastructure

GECX certification mandatory for Sourcing/Contractor profiles

Experience with Conversational AI and CX applications

Develop and deploy production-grade Conversational AI and agentic workflows.

Design AI solutions integrating with APIs, enterprise systems, legacy data, and security environments.

Build AI evaluation and observability frameworks.

Optimize agent performance, tool selection, latency, reliability, and security.

Develop reusable AI engineering components and solutions.
-
Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams.

Drive AI solutions from prototype through production deployment and adoption.

Troubleshoot complex AI, microservices, API, networking, and cloud infrastructure issues.
