Clinical Educator WARD/Surgical 

TŪRANGA   THEROLE 

Are you an experienced Clinical Educator who is passionate about developing others and helping teams deliver exceptional care? 

In this role,you'll
join a team providing education
and professional growth across thehospital with aspecific focus on the
Wardand surgical nursing staff.
You'll work closely with theTeam Leaders
and Quality teamto deliver engaging learning programmes, grow workforce strength, and drive continuous improvement.  

This is a fantastic opportunityto,
influence clinical practiceand make
a real difference to both staff and patient outcomes. 

This role is
0.6 FTE.which will be 3 days each week.  
Additional casual workon the Ward is also available.
