Learning and Development Officer

JOB ROLE

We are looking to hire a proactive and organized Learning & Development Officer to support the implementation of local and global training initiatives. You will coordinate learning programs, support employee development, monitor training effectiveness, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• You will support social learning initiatives and create engaging learning content.
• You will support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content and monitoring engagement and performance.
• You will identify and coordinate with external training providers and support the delivery of training programs.
• You will organize training schedules, logistics, communication, and post-training evaluations.
• You will develop and update on-the-job and off-the-job material for local and global markets with relevant stakeholders.
• You will ensure proper implementation of on-the-job training materials across global markets, ensuring alignment and consistent application.
• You will deliver Train-the-Trainer and introductory sessions to support local and global training implementation.
• You will monitor training effectiveness through branch visits, follow-ups, attendance, and feedback.
• You will coordinate off-the-job training programs across local and global markets.
• You will prepare reports and track key learning and development metrics.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a similar role.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to assess training needs and support the development of learning initiatives.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

- Experience with training coordination, learning platforms, or Learning Management Systems is a plus.
