Job Description
We are seeking aLead IAM Engineer with proven expertise inIdentity and Access Management (IAM) and modernauthentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withPing Identity solutions (PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS, PingOne AIC) and strong development skills inJava, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and JavaScript. You will design, implement, and manage secure authentication and authorization services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, enterprise-grade IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintainIAM solutions using Ping Identity (PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS, PingOne AIC).

Build and extendcustom authentication trees in PingAM with step-up and adaptive authentication.

Develop and integrateIAM APIs for secure connectivity across internal and external applications.

Implement and manageSSO and federated identity solutions usingOAuth 2.0, OIDC, and adaptive authentication.

Integrate withLDAP, JDBC, SOAP, HTTPS, and other data sources for identity operations.

Customize authentication and authorization flows usingForgeRock.

UtilizeDevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, unit testing frameworks) to support CI/CD practices.

Collaborate with architecture, security, and DevOps teams to ensure high availability and compliance.
Must-Have Skills

6+ years ofIAM engineering experience with strong expertise inOAuth 2.0 and OIDC flows.

Hands-on experience inPing Identity solutions (PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS, PingOne AIC).

Strong coding experience inSpring Boot, Java, Kotlin, and JavaScript.

Proven ability to developcustom authentication trees and adaptive authentication.

Proficiency in designing and integratingsecure APIs with internal and third-party apps.

Familiarity withIAM protocols, authentication, authorization, and identity federation.

Experience withCI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and unit testing frameworks.
