ForgeRock Developer – Job Description (Pan India)
Job Title: ForgeRock Developer
Location: Pan India (Hybrid/Remote/Onsite)
Experience: 4–10 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ForgeRock Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the ForgeRock Identity Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and user lifecycle management.
Mandatory Skills
  • Hands-on experience with ForgeRock Access Management (AM/OpenAM).
  • Experience with ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM/OpenIDM), Directory Services (DS/OpenDJ), and Identity Gateway (IG/OpenIG).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Identity Federation.
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, LDAP, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting.
  • Experience integrating ForgeRock with enterprise applications, Active Directory, and LDAP.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
Good to Have
  • Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Terraform or Ansible automation.
  • Experience with Ping Identity, Okta, or SailPoint.
  • ForgeRock certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using ForgeRock.
  • Configure and customize ForgeRock AM, IDM, IG, and DS components.
  • Develop authentication journeys, access policies, and user provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate applications using OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and REST APIs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
  • Collaborate with application teams, architects, and security teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile environments
