About Carlingford Greens Care Community, 

Carlingford Greens Care Community is an exciting new purpose-built homeopening in February 2027 in Sydney's north-west. Designed to set a new benchmark in residential aged care, the community combines contemporary architecture, beautifully landscaped gardens, and light-filled living spaces with premium amenities including a vibrant Town Centre, onsite café, hair and beauty salon, and a physio-led Wellness Centre. With a strong focus on innovation, resident experience, and high-quality care, Carlingford Greens Care Community offers a welcoming environment where residents, families, and team members can live, work, and thrive.

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Carlingford GreensCare Community.

• Employment Type: Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)

What You'll Do:

• Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
• Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions.
• Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents.
• Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
• Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where every resident can thrive.

What You'll Need:

• A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences.
• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
• Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
• A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
