• Key Requirements
• Proven experience in standalone Restaurants / dining setups
• Applicant must have a minimum of 4-5 years ‘experience Chef de partie
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Work shifts-weekends and public holidays
• Expertise in Menu planning, Food quality and consistency
• Ability to Manage teams and drive operational excellence
• Creative approach with attention to detail
• ideal for chefs who bring innovation leadership and consistency to high-quality restaurant operations
