THE JOB:
As aFood Server atFour Sixes Ranch Steakhouse inside MGM Grand, you will be part of a one-of-a-kind dining destination inspired by the legendary Four Sixes Ranch and the spirit of authentic Western hospitality. In this role, you will create memorable guest experiences by providing attentive and personalized service while taking and delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining your assigned tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and accurately processing payments. You will showcase exceptional service while presenting premium Texas ranch beef, signature steakhouse offerings, and handcrafted beverages in a polished, upscale environment. In addition to providing outstanding hospitality, you will be responsible for completing side work, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned stations, and working collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless and unforgettable dining experience for every guest.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.8871 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages
• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations
• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21+ years of age or older
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• 5+ Years of Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience preferred
• prior food server experience in a luxury dining or steakhouse environment preferred
• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
