Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to implement, configure, and support SCM modules within Dynamics 365 F&O. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Supply Chain Management modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and distribution

• Configure and customize SCM modules including:

  • Procurement & Sourcing

  • Inventory Management

  • Warehouse Management

  • Master Planning

  • Production Control

  • Sales & Distribution

• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and propose optimal solutions

• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams

• Support data migration, integration, and testing activities

• Conduct UAT sessions and provide user training

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-go-live support

• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–8+ years of experience in Dynamics AX / D365 F&O SCM

• Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain processes

• Hands-on experience in configuration and implementation

• Experience with system integrations and data migration

• Strong understanding of business process mapping

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries

• Knowledge of Power Platform integration

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM or Finance track)

• Exposure to automation or reporting tools
