FMS Program Analyst, Junior

• The Contractor shall provide administrative and program support to PMA leadership and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing briefing materials, and tracking action items.
• Responsibilities include coordinating Program Management Reviews (PMRs), handling travel arrangements via DTS, maintaining personnel and program records, and supporting onboarding processes.
• The Contractor shall ensure timely and accurate management of program documentation, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) tracking, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with tools such as AMS, PID, and DTS are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DoD programs or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) is a plus.

Salary:

The projected salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.  Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
