Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveFM Engineer to join Orion Venture’s technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems, ensuring all facilities run safely and effectively. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance facility management services, supporting both preventive and reactive maintenance activities while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure building systems are operating efficiently and safely

• Respond to and resolve technical faults and service requests in a timely manner

• Carry out preventive maintenance in line with planned schedules and SOPs

• Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers to ensure quality execution of works

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and system documentation

• Support energy management initiatives and system optimization efforts

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times

• Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues alongside senior engineers

• Ensure minimal downtime and maximum system reliability across assigned sites

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering

• 4–8 years of experience in facility management or building services

• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems

• Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Educational Facility Experience is a Plus

• UAE experience in FM or building operations is preferred
