Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedFlowable BPM Developer with strong expertise in workflow automation, business process management (BPM), and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience withFlowable BPMN Workflow Engine, workflow design usingCamunda, and modern DevOps practices. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize workflow-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business workflows usingFlowable BPMN Workflow Engine.
- Create and maintain workflow process models usingCamunda Modeler and BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Develop and customize workflow applications usingJava, HTML, JavaScript, and Groovy.
- Design process definitions, user tasks, service tasks, business rules, and event-driven workflows.
- Integrate Flowable workflows with enterprise applications and third-party systems through REST APIs and microservices.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization of workflow applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable workflow solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Work within Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and delivery.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for workflow deployments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience withFlowable BPMN Workflow Engine.
- Strong experience in workflow modeling usingCamunda Modeler.
- Excellent knowledge ofBPMN 2.0 concepts and workflow automation.
- Strong programming skills inJava, HTML, JavaScript, and Groovy.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience withMaven, GitLab, JIRA, Agile methodology, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale application development environments.
- Experience withAWS orGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL databases and workflow persistence.
- Exposure to BPM, DMN, CMMN, and business process optimization.
