Required Skills & Qualifications

• DEC or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, materials coordination, or production planning within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong computer proficiency, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Access or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MRP).
• Bilingual — French and intermediate English (for coordination with suppliers, customers, and partners).
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and update material flow and supply parameters to achieve target service levels while reducing excess inventory.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of key supply chain data, including lead times, quantities, and stock policies.
• Manage demand and supply alignment (MRP, Kanban, etc.) for raw materials, components, and subassemblies.
• Oversee replenishment activities — creating, tracking, and rescheduling manufacturing and purchase orders as needed.
• Monitor and manage backlog orders, shortages, and potential supply risks to ensure product availability.
• Participate in Short Interval Management (SIM) meetings as part of the production system — identifying, documenting, and resolving operational barriers.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to optimize material flow and handling processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational efficiency, material traceability, and cost reduction.
