✍ Short Description:

The HubSpot Implementation Specialist will own end-to-end HubSpot implementations, guiding clients from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, testing, launch, and adoption. This is a hands-on role focused on designing scalable CRM solutions that address underlying business needs rather than simply executing predefined tasks. You will also serve as the primary project lead, managing client communication, timelines, deliverables, training, troubleshooting, and stakeholder alignment throughout each implementation.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, testing, launch, training, and adoption.

• Translate client business requirements into scalable HubSpot architecture, configuration, and implementation plans.

• Configure and optimize CRM properties, pipelines, workflows, automations, reporting, and dashboards based on client needs.

• Manage data migrations, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation quality to ensure reliable solutions.

• Own project timelines, deliverables, priorities, client communication, and stakeholder alignment throughout each implementation.

• Provide strategic recommendations on CRM processes, HubSpot best practices, and scalable solutions across sales, marketing, RevOps, and customer success operations.

• Train clients and provide guidance to support effective platform adoption and ongoing use.

💡 Qualifications:

• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM configuration, properties, pipelines, workflows, automations, reporting, dashboards, data management, integrations, and migrations.

• Proven experience independently leading HubSpot implementations from discovery through delivery and launch.

• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, RevOps processes, and sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

• Experience translating business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions and making recommendations on HubSpot architecture.

• Proven experience working directly with clients, managing stakeholders, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience managing implementation timelines, deliverables, priorities, and client expectations independently.

• Agency or consulting experience and HubSpot certifications are a plus.
