This contract position involves coordinating various fleet activities, requiring strong data management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in generic business tools is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate fleet integration activities, ensuring smooth transitions and data accuracy.
Collect and validate fleet data, including vehicle and driver information.
Support asset onboarding and service enrollment processes.
Assist in documentation activities related to titles, registrations, and acquisitions.
Monitor fleet readiness and compliance, addressing operational risks proactively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of fleet management experience.
Experience in various fleet functions such as asset onboarding and inventory management.
Strong collaboration and customer service skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize concurrent activities effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills.
