What You'll Do

As anAutomotive Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with customers to help them find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget. You'll guide customers through every step of the vehicle-buying process while delivering an exceptional experience that creates lifelong customers.

• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, referrals, and repeat business.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, warranties, technology, and ownership benefits.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-in evaluations, financing options, and delivery.
• Follow up with previous and prospective customers to generate future sales opportunities.
• Utilize dealership CRM and customer management systems to track activity and maintain communication.
• Stay current on Hyundai products, used vehicle inventory, financing programs, and dealership services.
• Participate in ongoing automotive sales and product training programs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the sale.

What You'll Bring

• Automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or commission sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and technology tools.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
