Fitness Instructor-Pinehurst Country Club-Part Time

SUMMARY:

Perform fitness services according to PCC Fitness Center Procedures. This includes: teaching group fitness classes & individual personal training.  Must be available 4-7pm and some weekend hours. Respond to Member and Guest needs and requests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED required and a minimum of two years related work experience;or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have nationally recognized Group fitness and personal training certifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification required, or become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Computer software experience.
• Strong understanding of good health habits and exercise.
• Ability to manage time, fitness classes, and duty schedule with minimal supervision.
• Teach a variety of classes.
• Maintain knowledge of hours of operations and services of the resort.
