At Orangetheory Fitness Morgantown, that’s not just a slogan — it’s our daily mission. We’re looking for passionate, high-energy coaches who love fitness, love people, and know how to lead an unforgettable workout experience.
If you’re the kind of coach who can hype up the room, drop some form cues mid-set, and leave members smiling (and sweating) on their way out the door — keep reading.
We’re hiring coaches who are:
- Positive, upbeat, and magnetic — people remember how you made themfeel
- Focused on form, safety, and performance — you know when to push and when to pull back
- Passionate about fitness science and heart-rate-based training
- Tech-savvy with fitness equipment and coaching tools
- Natural motivators who thrive in a team setting
- Lead members through heart-pumping, science-backed, technology-tracked workouts
- Bring energy, motivation, and coaching expertise to every single class
- Celebrate milestones, coach through obstacles, and help members reach their goals
- Keep classes safe, effective, and inclusive for all fitness levels
- Help build a studio culture that’s positive, supportive, and just plain fun
- AED/CPR Certification (must be current)
- A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- A passion for helping others become the best version of themselves
This isn’t your average coaching gig — it’s a chance to be part of something special. At OTF Morgantown, we have the best team of coaches who bring energy, expertise, and fun to every workout. If that sounds like your vibe, we’d love to meet you.
