Our Fitness Coaches perform the following duties:
  • Lead and motivate members through pre-written workouts
  • Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
  • Can use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout & give form correction where needed
  • Can appropriately time workouts
  • Perform basic cleaning and maintain a stellar fitness studio environment
Coach Qualifications:
  • Are AED/CPR certified
  • Are a current Certified Personal Trainer  ISSA, ACE, NASM,  ACSM, AFAA,  NCSF or  
    • Individuals with an advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), Ph.D., DPT)  
      •  Kinesiology 
      • Exercise Science
      • Health Science
      • Movement Science
      • Exercise Physiology
      • General Fitness
      • Athletic Training
      • Pre-Professional Health (e.g., Physical Therapy)
      • Fitness or Sports Condition Specialization (Strength and Conditioning, Physical Activity Promotion)
  • Pass the OTFit Certification Program
  • Are a TEAM PLAYER, punctual, and committed to growth/learning
