The Opportunity:
We’re looking for energetic, motivated, and people-focused Fitness Coaches who are passionate about fitness and excited to make a difference in our members’ lives.
As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you’ll lead dynamic group workouts, motivate members to push beyond their limits, and create an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported. You’ll be part of a team that values coaching excellence, community, personal growth, and helping people become stronger both inside and outside the studio.

What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- A positive, energetic personality and the ability to engage a group.
- A commitment to member safety, excellent coaching, and continued professional development.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, depending on studio needs.
- A team-oriented mindset and a desire to build meaningful relationships with members and colleagues.

- Compensation:Listed pay of $25 to $65 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.
