What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate members through our signature, science-backed workouts
- Bring hype energy, music, and presence to every class
- Deliver form corrections and safe, effective coaching on all equipment
- Keep workouts on time and running smoothly
- Help maintain a clean, high-vibe studio environment
- Current CPT from an Orangetheory-approved certifying body
- AED/CPR certification
- Ability to pass the OTFit Certification Program
- Strong communication, reliability, and a team-first mindset
- A desire to grow, learn, and bring the energy every single class
- Team and member first mindset
- Base plus performance bonuses (based on attendance)
