About The Company:
This organization is a world leader in thermal imaging, sensing, and detection technologies, operating today as a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies following a landmark acquisition in 2021. With roots tracing back to 1978 and a history of pioneering infrared imaging for airborne applications, this company, with more than 4,000 employees and operations spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, has spent nearly five decades expanding the boundaries of what machines and people can perceive, enabling them to see in total darkness, through smoke and haze, and across environmental conditions that would defeat conventional optical systems.

The applications of this technology span an extraordinary range of industries and missions: defense and national security, industrial inspection and thermography, maritime navigation, automotive safety, first responder and law enforcement tools, research and development, and commercial security systems. This is a company whose products genuinely save lives, and that sense of purpose is something employees across the organization feel.

As part of Teledyne Technologies, this organization combines the focused innovation culture of its original identity with the resources and global reach of a major advanced technology corporation. The broader Teledyne family brings together complementary capabilities in instrumentation, digital imaging, aerospace, and defense, giving employees access to cross-disciplinary collaboration and some of the most sophisticated engineering challenges in the industry.

Engineers and specialists here describe a close-knit, technically driven environment, with local leadership that is accessible, supportive, and committed to removing barriers so engineers and specialists can focus on what they do best. Teams here span infrared optical engineers, embedded software developers, systems integration specialists, defense technology professionals, and product managers. For professionals in electrical engineering, software development, systems integration, optical physics, and defense technology, this organization represents a rare opportunity to work on products that define the state of the art and have real-world impact across sectors that matter.
